Seller Pleased With Results

Today, the house closed escrow, above asking price at $1,236,000. I was very touched to get the following note from the seller.

“It has been a very nice experience working with you during what could have been a much more stressful situation. You had all the answers and did so much taking care of the many details in preparing the house. And then the sale. Because of all the behind the scenes research and follow-up you did, we had a very organized group of multiple offers to review. How perfect! You were right on all the important decisions during the entire process. I appreciate your expertise! Thank you just isn’t enough for the guidance you gave in this process. You may say “well, that’s my job,” and the fact is, you are perfect at your job!”
